Rodrigo de Lima Vaz Sampaio: Associate Professor of Civil Law at the University of São Paulo Law School. Post-Doctorate and Doctorate from USP. Visiting Researcher at Max-Planck Institute, Hamburg. Member of the CEIA Directive Chapter.
Lilian Bertolani: Lawyer, Master in International Economic Relations Law, and specialist in Administrative Law from PUC/SP. Secretary-General of the Chamber of Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration CIESP/FIESP and the National Council of Mediation and Arbitration Institutions – CONIMA.

Raquel Macedo: is a Research Associate at the Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London, and an Adjunct Lecturer at Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium. As a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to the Brazilian (OAB-SP) and Italian (Milan) Bar, Raquel practices international arbitration as a lawyer and as an arbitrator.
Renato Nazzini: is Professor of Law and Director of the Centre of Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. Previously, he was Professor of Competition Law and Arbitration at the University of Southampton and Senior Research Fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law. An experienced arbitrator and counsel in international arbitration, he has a wide industry knowledge, from construction, oil and gas and infrastructure to IT and digital, from pharmaceuticals to consumer goods. As a dually qualified English Solicitor and Italian Advocate, he has worked across Europe, Africa, Asia and America as counsel, arbitrator (as president of the tribunal, sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator) and expert witness.

Doctor in International Law from the University, author of “Arbitration and Equity” (São Paulo, Atlas 2012) and “International Arbitration Ex Aequo et Bono” (Huntington, Juris, 2016), as well as numerous academic articles. Professor and member of the Academic Council of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (Vienna). Former Vice President of Legal Affairs at a major multinational.
Krystle Baptista: “The Current State of Investment Arbitration: Challenges and Opportunities.” is an arbitrator and founding partner of KB | International Law & Arbitration (Madrid, Spain). She acts as an arbitrator in commercial and investment arbitrations under major international rules and is a member of dispute resolution panels, Secretary-General of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club. Associate Professor at IE Law School in Madrid. Holds a law degree from the University of Navarra and an LLM from New York University, and will soon defend her Doctoral Thesis at Université Pantheon-Assas (Paris 2). Member of the Madrid Bar and the New York Bar.

Union Attorney, currently serving as National Attorney for International Affairs at the Attorney General’s Office (AGU). Doctor in International Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). Master in International Relations Law from UNICEUB. Professor and Lecturer in Public International Law, Private International Law, and International Legal Cooperation.
Adriana Noemi Pucci: “How we can leverage the legal framework of investment arbitration in arbitrations with Public Administration in Brazil.” Doctor in Economic and Financial Law from USP. Master in Latin American Integration from USP. Member of the Thematic Council of the Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration CIESP/FIESP. Lawyer in São Paulo. Primarily acts as an arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations.
