As trade tensions increase between the United States and Brazil, businesses and legal professionals are increasingly challenged to navigate the complex landscape of tariffs, protectionist policies, and regulatory shifts.

Bringing together experienced in-house counsel, arbitrators, and legal experts in international trade law, this panel will explore the real-world impacts of these trade disputes on cross-border commerce, with a focus on legal risk management and dispute resolution.
