Bernardo is an MSc Candidate in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency at University of Nicosia and a professional Master’s Degree Student in Business Law at FGV-SP, Brazil.
Bernardo is also the President of the Council for Digital Assets and Blockchain of the State of Paraná’s Commercial Association (ACP) and administrator of MetaverseLegal DAO.
He is also the Vice-president of ACP and a member of the Fiscal Council of Boa Vista Serviços S/A (SCPC).

Elizabeth Chan
Senior Registered Foreign Lawyer at Allen & Overy, Hong Kong

Elizabeth Chan is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (England and Wales) in Allen & Overy’s Asia-Pacific Arbitration team, based in Hong Kong. She specialises in international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration, and is ranked as a Future Leader in Who’s Who Legal. Elizabeth previously practised at leading specialist international arbitration practices in London, New York and Hong Kong. She graduated from Yale Law School as a Fulbright Scholar. Elizabeth also hosted the first-ever virtual reality arbitration gathering in January 2022 and the first-ever virtual reality arbitration conference in March 2022, as part of Paris Arbitration Week.

Juliette Asso
Counsel at LALIVE, Geneva

Juliette Asso is counsel at LALIVE in Geneva, where she has been working for a decade. She focuses on construction and infrastructure international arbitration disputes in the energy, transportation, and telecoms sectors and has also recently broadened her interest to Web 3.0 disputes, including metaverse and NFT-related legal issues. She is also a founding board member of Sharing 3.0, the first Swiss non-profit association aiming at gathering all actors of the Web 3.0 and its applications (AI, AR, VR, Blockchain, DeFi, Crypto, NFT, Metaverse, etc.). Lastly, she is co-chair of CFA-40 (French under 40 arbitration group).
