We are pleased to announce the 7th meeting of the NewGen CAM-CCBC workshop cycle on Contractual Default, Damages and Arbitration.
For the second time, the meeting will take place in person on Thursday, October 19, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., during SPAW, at the CAM-CCBC headquarters (Rua do Rocio, 220 – 5 andar – Vila Olímpia – São Paulo – SP, 04552-000).
The aim of the workshops is to give participants the chance to actively debate theoretical aspects of a practical hypothetical case, together with experts. On this occasion, the practical case will deal with issues relating to the termination of long-term contracts.
This edition’s guests are Elisa Cruz, Riccardo Torre and Rodrigo Moreira.
As usual, the case will be presented to the participants, who will be divided into three groups before the meeting. At the time of the workshop, each group will be directed to separate rooms to discuss the topics indicated in the case. Each of the separate rooms will be tutored by a guest. After the separate sessions, everyone will gather in the main room and the results of each group’s discussion will be presented and debated with the invited experts.
